If it becomes necessary to have blood work and/or other laboratory tests done, or if you are in need of a pharmacy IES will direct you to the proper facilities wherever you are in Israel. IES takes the guesswork out of how and where to find these services, and will direct you in accordance with the guidelines set out by your insurance policy, or on a private basis. As a convenient alternative, IES can arrange to have any medications or supplies required purchased and delivered directly to you
